  • As a licensed Holistic Practitioner and Certified Relationship Coach, more and more benefits packages are covering these modalities. It is always best to check with your benefits provider before booking your appointment.

  • Thai Massage appointments book up fully well in advance, so it is recommended that you book ahead.

  • Yes. Trauma comes in many forms and healing that trauma will look different depending on each person.

  • There are now Couples Coaching appointments available in-person but all other Coaching appointments will be held over Zoom.
