Weekly 60- or 90-minute 1:1 sessions for individuals

  • Comprehensive intake & Attachment Style Assessment

  • Personalized plan based on your story, goals, and nervous system

  • Practical tools and integration exercises (breathwork, meditation, journaling)

  • Email support between sessions

  • Trauma-aware, inclusive, and radically human coaching

All sessions are held online via Google Meet. We create real connection—no matter the screen.

Nope. We’ll start with an assessment to help uncover your style, along with your core beliefs, triggers, and emotional needs.

Can coaching help if I’m single?

Absolutely. Some of the most transformational work happens outside of romantic partnerships—especially post-breakup. Coaching can also support you in becoming a more secure coworker, parent, friend, or leader.

What if I don’t feel ready to talk about everything?
