Somatic Bodywork
Release Emotions From The Body
Somatic Bodywork is the beautiful process of receiving the massage while acknowledging and releasing some of the stored emotions and trauma in the body. Both practitioner and client work together to address what their needs are for the session and how to get the best results possible. Your body and mind will feel relief after your Somatic Bodywork appointment.
Feeling Your Feelings
Literally feeling your emotions in your body, sometimes for the first time, can be a little daunting. Having a warm, trusted presence to guide you through this tender, delicate process is invaluable. Having a safe container with which to wade through those emotional waters can allow you to reach depths that you could not alone.

You will receive a minimal Thai Massage in key areas, like the shoulders, neck, pecs, low back, hips, and legs. During the massage, the practitioner will prompt you to sense into your body and release the stored emotions. -
Yes! This treatment has been getting very good results and reviews from clients. You can expect to leave the appointment feeling a little relief from emotional weight and a little lighter as well.

Yes, some release will still happen if you are someone who does not have distinct emotional sensations. There will potentially be a physical release of emotions without the expression of emotion, such as crying. This is a good practice to continue if you desire to strengthen your emotional connection to your body.
