What to Expect
Each journey starts with a joint intake session, where we clarify your challenges and goals. From there, we alternate between:
Individual sessions: to explore core wounds, needs, and personal growth
Joint sessions: to practice new tools and deepen mutual understanding
We’re not here to keep you in coaching forever—we want to give you the skills to grow long after we’re done.
FAQs
What’s the difference between couples coaching and therapy?
Coaching is action-oriented. We focus on practicing emotional tools instead of analyzing history. It’s structured, goal-based, and centred on relational growth—not just individual insight.
When should we get couples coaching?
Don’t wait until you’re burnt out or bitter. Coaching works best when both parties are still open and willing to learn. But even if resentment has set in, we can help you begin again—with clarity, compassion, and new tools.
Is in-person coaching available?
Yes—if you're located in the west end of Toronto (east of Runnymede, west of Ossington, south of St. Clair/Davenport), and have a quiet, private space to host. In-person sessions are 2–3 hours..
What types of relationships is this for?
Romantic partners, co-parents, siblings, close friends, co-founders, roommates—any relationship where emotional safety and communication matter.
Will we talk about everything in front of each other?
No. You’ll each have individual sessions to explore your personal story, triggers, and needs before applying the tools together.
Do you support non-monogamous couples?
Yes. We’re proud to support couples exploring polyamory or opening up their relationship. We don’t promise to “fix” things—but we can offer a clear, respectful process to help you navigate this shift consciously.
What if I don’t know my attachment style?
No problem. You’ll each complete a full assessment early on, which we’ll use to shape your coaching plan. You don’t need to know anything coming in—just be open.
Where did you train?
I’m certified in Integrated Attachment Theory through the Personal Development School™, and have additional training in Somatic Attachment Therapy from The Embody Lab. My approach blends cognitive tools, nervous system work, and relational healing into one integrated method.
